Dice up two mango's into 1/4 inch cubes
Dice up about 1/4 of a red onion
Add 2 Tbsp lime juice
a couple shakes of hot sauce (I put about 1-1/2 tsp in mine)
1/4 tsp ginger
Optional: add a pinch of salt and pepper
Stir it up and enjoy with tortilla chips or put a big spoonful on your next burger. It's fantastic!
